Odds and Ends...

Lodgings: 

If you are planning on staying the night either before or after the wedding, there are a variety of places to chose from in both Santa Cruz and the neighboring San Jose areas. As there aren't that many of you planning on doing this (that we know of) we have not set aside a block of rooms anywhere. However, we are happy to make general recommendations if you wish.

Registry:

We are not currently registered anywhere. This might change, but as of right now, we feel that we really have all the household goods one could need/want. We are happy to receive gift cards to Target, Kohls, Amazon, etc as we do buy a fair amount of groceries and have a growing toddler on our hands. We are also saving up for the Metcalfe Family Reunion in June 2014. It will be the first chance both Ella and Matthew will have to meet the entirety of the Metcalfe clan (most of whom can't make it to the wedding).

Food:

We are providing dessert at the reception. We highly recommend having some lunch before you arrive. There are a variety of delisious places in Santa Cruz... some of our favorites are: Rosie McCan's, The Limelight, Pizza My Heart, The Crow's Nest, and Seabright Brewing Company. Just be warned: Highway 9 is a tad twisty.
